Our services

Simply Gathered Event Rentals provides event rental items and related services in Wylie, Texas and the surrounding Dallas-area communities. You can browse our collection, reserve items online, or request a custom proposal through our website.

Bookings and payment

• Reservations are made through our online store, powered by Booqable, and are subject to availability.
• Prices, fees, and any required deposits are shown at checkout or in your custom quote.
• Payment is processed securely through our booking provider.
• Your reservation is confirmed once the required payment or deposit is received.

Rental agreement

Each rental is also subject to our Rental Agreement, which covers responsibility for the items, security deposits, delivery, setup, and other terms specific to your reservation. You review and sign your Rental Agreement when you book. If anything in these general terms conflicts with your signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement applies.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change terms, including any deposit or refund conditions, are described in your quote or Rental Agreement. Please review them before booking, and contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Delivery, setup, and pickup

We deliver rentals to your event location and pick them up afterward. Setup and styling are available as an optional add-on. The details and any fees for your event are confirmed in your quote.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use rented items safely and for their intended purpose, to keep them in good condition while in your care, and to return them as you received them. You are responsible for loss of or damage to the items as described in your Rental Agreement.

Website use and intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Simply Gathered Event Rentals and may not be copied or used without our permission. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its normal operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Gathered Event Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or rentals.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Texas.
