• Booking information: when you reserve rentals through our online store, our booking provider (Booqable) collects details such as your name, contact information, delivery address, event dates, and payment details. Payments are handled by Booqable's payment provider, and we do not store your full card number.
• Automatically collected information: like most websites, our host records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, and our booking tools use functional cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals
• Process bookings, payments, deliveries, and pickups
• Communicate with you about your event and reservation
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website

• We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Simply Gathered Event Rentals or others.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
