For a backyard party around Dallas, the basics for 30 guests (chairs, tables, linens, and a 20x20 tent) come to about $363 with us. A styled 50-guest celebration with a flower wall and an arch runs about $1,360. Both numbers are before delivery and sales tax, and they come straight from our own price list. Everything rents by the day: white folding chairs start at $1.85 each, six-foot tables at $7.50, and a 20x20 tent at $220 (or $299 for our high-peak marquee, the one we recommend).

How do delivery, deposits, and minimums work?

Delivery fees are based on distance and order size, and we confirm yours with your quote before you pay anything. There's no minimum order if you pick up. Delivery outside Wylie and the immediate surrounding area has a $100 order minimum. Pickup works for most items, except large tents.

A 25% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due one week before your event. You can reserve most pieces online in a few minutes, or request a proposal for larger or fully styled events. Texas sales tax applies to rentals, so expect it on your total.

Delivery to your door is standard. Setup and styling are available as an add-on if you'd rather walk out to a finished space.

How can you keep rental costs down?

• Pick up smaller items yourself. There's no minimum and no delivery fee.
• Size the tent to your headcount. A 10x20 at $99 covers about 18 seated guests, and a 20x20 covers about 36.
• Spend on one standout piece. A flower wall or an arch gives you the photos, and plain folding chairs and tables cover the rest.
• Skip the setup add-on if you have a few helpers and an hour before guests arrive.

Is delivery included in the price?

No. Delivery is quoted separately based on distance and order size, and you'll see it before you commit.

Is there a minimum order?

Only for delivery outside Wylie and the immediate area, where the minimum is $100. Pickup orders have no minimum.

How much is the deposit?

25% of your order, with the balance due one week before the event.
